Shipping

Shorashim of the Old City offers Regular Registered Air Mail or Express Air Mail.

Regular Registered Air Mail shipping time is 7 - 10 business days.

Express Air Mail shipping time is 3 - 5 days.

Business days in Israel are: Sunday- Thursday, Friday until 12.00 (GMT +2) -  except Jewish and Israeli holidays.

Most orders are shipped within 3 days of confirmation.

Returns Policy

We will accept all returns of new merchandise that is returned within 14 days of receipt.

All returns must be accompanied by receipt or packing slip. The item may not have been used, washed, or altered in any way, and should be returned to it's original packaging.

Personalized and custom orders are not returnable.

You are responsible for shipping the merchandise back to Shorashim of the Old City. Please wrap your package securely and include your packing slip. For your protection, we recommend you return your package via EMS, UPS, FedEx, or insured mail.

Upon receipt of an item in return, we will issue you a credit for the amount paid for the item minus the shipping and handling charges paid.

Return of damaged items

Although we do our best to provide you with the best quality products, sometimes damage occurs in shipping. If you receive a product with any kind of damage, please contact us at shop@shorashim.com or call +972-2-628-9729.
